Based in Severna Park, MD, the SP Green Hornets 18A are made up of 14 players representing 9 high schools across Maryland. The team plays in showcase, Alliance Fastpitch, USA Softball, and USSSA events year-round from New Jersey to Florida.

Head coach Chris Rom brings over 10 years of coaching experience and is a longstanding NFCA member. Additionally, Coach Chris holds a USSSF National C Coaching license and regularly participates in coaching education courses to stay up to date on how to create an manage a high-level performance environment.

Every member of the coaching staff played college softball or baseball, and each one brings a genuine commitment to developing these athletes both on and off the field.
